Digital speedometer shows operator how fast his is going (in MPH or KPH)
Beeps and flashes when operator has exceeded set speed limit
If operator does NOT slow during "grace period" (typically 3--5 seconds) flashing, 120dB siren alarm sounds.
All personnel in area know that that vehicle is speeding - forcing operator to watch his speeds
