Digital speedometer shows operator how fast he/she is going (in MPH or KPH)
Beeps and flashes when operator has exceeded set speed limit
If operator does NOT slow during "grace period" (typically 3--5 seconds) flashing, 120dB siren alarm sounds.
All personnel in area know that that vehicle is speeding - forcing operator to watch his speeds
